The Meeting, ideas for filming....

Well the synopsis is up for viewing....I have ideas for how i want the film to look, first of all it would be good if i can use studio three so that i can use the green curtains, as i was hoping to do a white room backdrop for the first scene, for the father and daughter scene, i was looking to have a fiery backdrop behind the father, possibly depicting scenes from hell with the daughter surrounded by an off white colour. I'm not sure how good final cut pro is and whether or not this is possible, so some research is required...  Hmmmm we shall see... Anyway i hope everyone is having a good weekend...see yah all on monday....

  1. what you are talking about is green-screen work. pretty advanced - and not something i've done personally. When you do your FCP workshop with Fergus Maloney, ask him, as he may able to advise.
A couple of things to think - firstly, remember you are not filming your whole script, just a trailer for it and you should think about it in terms of images and ideas, as opposed to scenes from your script. And secondly, green screen stuff can look really BAD if done poorly, so don't rely on this idea until you know you can def do it.
